Learning new vocabulary can be hard, especially if you’re trying to learn a new language at the same time! The best way to improve your fluency in a foreign or second language is by learning its vocabulary. Without a solid grasp of the words that make up that language, it’s difficult to express yourself or understand others who speak that language. But how do you go about learning new vocabulary?
Acquiring new words is not always easy, especially when you are learning them as an additional secondary language. It can be challenging to remember these words and their meanings when you see them for the first time. However, we can use the new vocabulary in sentences to lock in their meaning. This adds context to vocabulary and helps you add more meaning and understanding to each new word.
